Rafael Kakudo

Rafael was born in 1979 at Gliwice, Poland, then moved to Germany in 1989 to a town near Frankfurt.

Greatly influenced by the 80´s synth pop records played by his uncle but his biggest musical influence was when he found himself in a club named Omen in Frankfurt at 1997. The music and the atmosphere was electric, it had so much energy, a night he would never forget.

Soon after Rafa started a job in a recordstore in Giessen were he began to learn to mix. It didn't take long for him to dig deep with Djing, as he started his own partys and produced his own music.

It was soon after this he started to get gigs in clubs, and supported by many dj's like Ricardo Villalobos, John Acquaviva, Dj T, Chris Liebing, Dj Rush, Cari Leikebush and more. It wasn't long after that he met his true love, got married and became a father. After a few years of silence Rafa is back with releases for Stanch Records and Redukt.
